HEATING PANELS

 SILICON PANELS REF. : ELMS.

Silicon insulated heating panels are particularly flexible and easy to install. They are ideal for all special heating problems. They consist of a heating element wrapped in silicon, attached to a frame and protected by two vulcanized silicon panels. The panel can incorporate a temperature probe. ELTRACE silicon panels will resist bad weather when used outdoors. They will also resist many chemicals such as grease, oils, acid, (ph4) etc.

GLASS OR QUARTZ WOVEN PANELS

GLASS WEAVE REF. : ELPW - ELPH.
These panels are manufactured from woven insulated elements, or stitched to a glass fabric support. A selection of heating elements and wires with PTFE insulation or glass fabric, mineral insulation cable, enables us to address any special applications. This product is available as panels or as flexible jackets.

QUARTZ WEAVE REF. : ELPH-Q
These panels are manufactured from elements insulated with quartz threads. They are manufactured according to customer specifications in simple or complex shapes and are suitable for all different profiles.
They are suitable for humidity- free atmospheres.

Max. temperature de-energized from 200 to 750°C
Power supply voltage : 230 V
Power : from 1 to 8 kW/m²
